1. Texas Statutory Notary Fees

These fees are strictly mandated by Texas Gov’t Code § 406.024 and apply per seal/signature.

Standard Notarization (1st Signature): $10.00

Additional Signatures (Same Document): $1.00 per signature

Administering Oath or Affirmation: $10.00

Certified Copies (per page): $1.00

Protesting a bill or note: $4.00

2. Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Optimized for a 30-minute automated session.

Standard Access Fee: $25.00 (plus statutory fees)

Standard Total: $35.00 (Includes 1st signature, KBA identity verification, and secure storage)

Additional Fees: Additional signers, witnesses are subject to professional service fees.

3. Employment Eligibility (I-9)

Optimized for a 30-minute verification session.

In-Office I-9 Verification (Esperson Building): $50.00 Flat Fee

Mobile or Remote I-9 Verification (E-Verify): $75.00 Base Fee

Adult Fingerprinting (In-Office): $100.00 (Includes two official FBI FD-258 cards and priority shipping. Express shipping is available for $35 extra.)

Child Safety or Human Safety Identity Kit: $199.00 (Includes forensic capture and DNA assets)

I-9 Employment Verification: $50.00

Downtown / Esperson Building (Walking): $50.00

Inner Loop (Inside 610): $75.00

Outer Loop (Outside 610): $150.00
